Kinzville Park - Trash Recycling
The Park's getting dirty!
This feature was added to Kinzville Park on February 3rd, 2010.
If you pick up a piece of trash, from the ground, and deposit in into a Trash Recycler, you'll increase "Green" score.
Raise your Green score to earn exclusive prizes and special rankings.
Trash appears on a 5 minute schedule. Trash can often be found everywhere in the park.
Your bag will hold ten pieces of trash before you MUST empty it. Trash also stays in your bag if you leave the park and come back later.
The more people in a park, the more garbage that will be generated.
There are six different types of trash that can be found in the park.
The Recycle Bin and the Recycle Sign
Trash must be put into the recycle bin to increase your Green Score.
If you are not sure whether to put your trash into Compost or Recycling, consult the guide on the sign next to the bins.
You can also click on your trash bag while standing in the park and you will see this guide.
If you don't drop your trash into the correct container it takes points away.
GREEN SCORE RANKS and PRIZES
100 pieces of trash = Cleanup Kinz T-shirt
200 pieces of trash = Cleanup Kinz Hat
300 pieces of trash = Cleanup Kinz Glasses
350 pieces of trash = Keeping the Park Clean Poster
400 pieces of trash = Elegant Alder (tree)
500 pieces of trash = Spectacular Spruce (tree)
600 pieces of trash = Pruned Popular
700 pieces of trash = Indoor Lawn Flooring
800 pieces of trash = Kinzville Park Window
900 pieces of trash = Kinzville Park Log Bench
1100 pieces of trash = Solar Powered Blender (sell back price - 350 kc)
1200 pieces of trash = Solar Powered Sandwich Maker (sell back price - 350 kc)
1300 Pieces of trash = Solar Powered TV (sell back price - 800 kc)
1400..start over prize of the T-shirt
Reclycling Ranks
Recycling in the Park also earns players a Green Score widget for their MyPage.
Your Green Score shows exactly how many pieces of trash you have picked up, and your Rank.
Your Green Score and Rank can also be accessed by clicking on your recycling bag, or one of the Recycling Signs while in the Park.
Once you've collected all of the prizes, you can start over and collect them again.
