On new years, it was half off for the Deluxe account. I tried to do it, and it kept glitching out. Tried again around 1150pm, and still no luck. I have called Ganz and left three messages. Anyone know if there is a better way to reach them, and if its any possibility I will still be able to get the Deluxe for that deal?

HI, I moved your post to general chat, the area you posted in is for News Reporters to report what is going on. No there is no other way, they are very busy and you have to just keep trying. You could try to email them, but I do not have that on hand right now.

Or keep calling the 1-888-818-8770. I've never had an issue getting through but I hear lately, its really busy. |

Thank you, I will do that! It has only been so long because of them  I saved all the screen shots and it shows I tried my debit card too. Well, all I can do from here is hope for the best! My fingers are crossed.  Thank you again for the help, everyone!  |

Wow, that is a long time! WW is so much more fun on a laptop. Hoping it all transitions well when it goes to App mode next year. Yeah, I worked on the computer for 11 years doing the same job.
