Hi everyone,
Some of you guys may know me, while some of you may not, but I'm Star. I was an active member on this site around 2014 and 2015. I stopped playing WW off and on during those years though, so I guess I was more active in 2015. Anyway. I got back into it just this Summer after my two little nephews got into it( they LOVE it!!! ), and now I've remembered how fun it was! However, I have a couple of questions below about the website:
1. Is "invite a friend" only accessible to Deluxe members now or is it just not working anymore, regardless?? I've tried to invite both of my nephew's pets over, and I can't even click on the button on my phone even though it's on! Also, FYI, one of them has a free account and the other has a regular account. I myself have a regular account too. If this is a glitch, I hope it gets fixed because that's always been one of my favorite things to do!
2. Flash Player. IDK why, but sometimes when we go to certain parts of the website like the arcade or certain games in Today's Activities, we get this screen on Safari that says "plugin failure". If I play on Google Chrome, I get a similar message, but it says "shockwave crashed" with a puzzle piece over a black screen. This happens to both Macs at home, and I'm wondering why? One runs OSX Yosemite, and the other runs OS Sierra. I also updated flash player and cleared cookies and whatever, and that didn't solve anything. Is this another glitch?

Hi Star!!  Its so nice to see you back! I wondered what had happened to you! Yes, to both your questions! The invite a friend hasn't worked for a long time. Its one of the fixes that's still on their 'to do' list. I hope it gets fixed soon too!  The flash player has been like that for a while. I play on Chrome and get the same message sometimes. Does it happen all the time or just once in a while? Its so nice that your nephews are playing! It must be fun for them to have you playing too! |

Oh wow, I had no idea! :nooo: I know some items in my room don't work yet either, or some items don't work correctly( like my chocolate piano, it doesn't play right ). But yeah, I hope it can be fixed. Interesting...I thought it was my computer, but glad it's not( I thought it was too new for the website or something and felt concerned ). It never happened to me before until recently, actually. Oh yes, they have fun!!! They love decorating! SaveSave |

Yes, there seems to be a lot of issues with the Adobe and shock wave player. I'm hoping they finish fixing the items, as well. Its a lot better than it was right after WebkinzX debuted. I'm glad you are back! Playing with a child is fun- they get so excited about everything. I play with my son and he loves everything.
I was kind of unhappy when I started playing again to find that a lot of things no longer worked but they have fixed a lot of them over the past year and they keep fixing the items with every update. and some new features are really cool. There are lots of new games and a lot more codes and free items.
