Hi!
I'm sure this is listed somewhere, but I am having trouble finding the email address to contact Ganz.
My Kinzpost icon on WW is messed up. It has shown that I have a new unopened message for days now. After I read all my new messages and open all my new packages, the number one badge remains on the icon.
It's a small thing.... but oh well.
Anyone have a good address?

Update on my silly problem: There was no problem. I actually had an unread message from "Your Furry Friends in Webkinz World" about a birthday or something wayyyyyyy down on the list.

DURRRRRRRR :whistle: I lost many packages on 4 accounts in early to mid October when Ganz changed Kinzpost in November. These are packages and not letters. I should contact them again. |

This glitch was fixed with the update yesterday. My letters appeared too. I think they are still working on the boxes

There are only a certain number of spots for posts (whether they are packages or letters) and I get LOTS of mail so it never goes back far enough for me. |
