Is anyone else having this problem? About a week ago, I logged into my WW account and I noticed some clothing in my dock that I did NOT put there. I didn't know where the clothing came from so I contacted Ganz about it but they weren't much help. I finally realized that the clothing in my dock was ON some of my pets and those pets are now naked. Thank goodness I keep a document of which pet is wearing what outfit so I went and found each pet that was supposed to be wearing each outfit I found in my dock and realized those pets are now naked. However, some of the pieces from each outfit are in my dock, but other pieces are still missing, and they aren't on the pet either.
Today I logged in and a couple pieces from each of those outfits "reappeared" and are now in my dock (yay!). But I also have other clothing that other pets were wearing now appearing in my dock today as well, and again, I'm missing several pieces to each of those outfits and these outfits are pretty rare. This is really making me upset. Ganz made it perfectly clear to me when I contacted them that they do NOT replace missing pieces or anything that goes missing due to a glitch, etc. I am so upset right now. All I can do is hope that eventually the missing pieces show back up in my dock. I hate owning outfits and not having all the pieces. So now I'm thinking that I have to go through my entire document, find each pet wearing clothing in WW, and manually undress them myself before this happens again. I guess the clothing is safer in a wardrobe then on my pets?
One other thing I have noticed, the day that Ganz sent a response back to me saying they wouldn't replace anything due to the glitch, I logged into my WW account and went through my Pet Pages (to find the pets that were supposed to be wearing the clothing I found in my dock) and I noticed that pets I haven't played with in years were all marked that they had been played with on that day (April 25). They were all marked that I played with them on that day even though I didn't. So I'm wondering if that was a glitch also or if it was Ganz when they were looking through my account to figure out the problem. Now they changed the Pet Pages with the last update on Wednesday so I can't even see anymore what day which pets were last played with. Ugh!
