I have tried on 2 different devices, but I am unable to login to the mobile app since the update. Anyone else having this problem??

I can log in, however, when I go to the games, it doesn't let me scroll down to my fave, Goober's Lab.
I'm beyond frustrated with it and can't tell you how many times I've wanted to smash the ipad against something! Grrrr...
Ok, I know that sounds bad, but I only thought of it, I haven't actually done it. That is how frustrating it is.
You can't log in at all? I don't normally log out, so that may be why I am still seeing it.

On the other one I logged out to see what it would do and now it just has a circle that goes around and around with my login info but it won't load! SOOOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!! I totally can relate to what you are saying!!! It is such a helpless feeling cuz it just stays on that page, and I can't spin the Wheel of Wow! Could u spin the wheel at least? |

I am able to do everything on the app. The first time I loaded it since the update it did take much longer than usual, but I've been able to spin wheel, feed my pet, go to my house, switch rooms, and even give my pet a bath.
I have been logged in the entire time tho - I don't log out. Maybe the log in screen isn't working. I like your idea of deleting the app and loading it again. I need to do that sort of thing quite often when apps get stuck. Good luck!

Well after getting no where on trying to load the app on both devices. I ended up deleting the app and downloading it again. Now both are working fine! Have never had to do that before with Webkinz mobile, but it worked!
