Here is a quick fix posted by Betty, but if you log out or leave your room
it goes back to the way it was!

Here's a quick workaround I've figured out for now until we get to the root cause.
Step 1-Activate the pet that doesn't show clothing.
2. Click on Dress your pet. Select
3. Select one of the outfits from the selection box. Clothes should start appearing on that pet in the room.

We've finally been able to figure out what is causing this issue.
Our technical team is actively working on this. We will let you know as soon as this is resolved.

The issue with some pets missing their outfits has been fixed.
We're currently still tracking down reports of some pet requests
not working properly.

Be patient the team is working hard to find the problem.

What a mess this is! I logged in to my main account last night and noticed that all of my pets are naked. When I would click on them to redress them, it would freeze on me and I'd have to log out. I'd log back in and they'd be naked again. I have hundreds of pets on my main account and a lot of them are dressed so this would take me forever to manually redress them all. I hope Ganz figures out what the problem is and fixes this! I sent them a not so nice email and posted on their Facebook page about this last night. I don't understand why they couldn't just leave this feature alone and had to update the clothing menu? I told them that they SHOULD be fixing all the gray squares and items that are missing and not updating silly things like this that don't need updating.
