There have been many issues with the pet of the month not issuing a loot bag.
Sometimes the items goes straight to your dock, other times a call to Ganz is needed.
Also, we were receiving duplicate POTM prizes.
We have some great news concerning this issue!
This was posted by Steve Webkinz on Facebook after
a person posted their issue with their Porcupine adoption.
Because of all the non-prize duplication logic specific to the Pet of the Month prizes, this was never implemented properly.
We've discussed this and decided we're going to bring the loot bag back,
and include a new box inside that lets you choose your Pet of the Month prize the same way as the Superbed bed.
Our current site update for February is already locked down, so this fix will be aimed for our following site update on March 16th.
How exciting is this news!!

This is exciting! But I need to contact them about ours this month. Sigh, I always have to do this a few times usually. Do you think it's faster on FB? Any ideas?

Ganz helped me with the acct issues but not with the WW ones, those they said had to be done through WW support. Blah. |
