• You did not complete one of the tasks, please review all of the tasks carefully to ensure this is not the case. For instance, one task may ask you to fill a “Bottled Ambrosia” order at your Juice Press. Note there are several pages in the Juice Press so you need to scroll through them to find this order.
• The goal is stuck due to a technical glitch; this can happen if you find that you completed what the goal asked for but it is not letting you move on to the next one. If this is the case please contact Support for further assistance.
If you are unable to click on it to move it, try logging out of your account to see if that resolves the issue. If when you log back in you are still unable to move the item please contact Support for further assistance.
I am stuck on a goal; what should I do?
As you play, you’ll see Goals appear on the left side of the screen. Complete these Goals to unlock new items, earn Acorns and Experience Points. I have something stuck in the Orchard!
If you find something is stuck, try using the MOVE tool to place it in another tile. Make sure the spot you are moving it to has a green footprint as this indicates that space is available for the item to be placed on.If you are unable to click on it to move it, try logging out of your account to see if that resolves the issue. If when you log back in you are still unable to move the item please contact Support for further assistance.
I bought a new piece of land and now I can’t move anything on it.
If you are unable to move anything on this new piece of land, log out and log back in to see if it refreshes the page and try again.I’m having loading issues when visiting my friend.
If you are seeing the loading icon on your cursor when visiting your friend it means that it is taking some time to load all of the items in their account. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load so kindly wait and it should load for you momentarily.I bought a new house, where did my old house go?
You can only have one house at a time displayed in your Orchard. If you bought a house, and had another one on your lot, the other house was placed into your inventory.I can’t find an order type in the Business.
If you click on a Business such as a Juice or Flower Stand you will notice that sometimes they have multiple pages that you can scroll through. Please keep this in mind when completing goals as some goals require you to fill orders that are located on the second or third pages of the business.
