Hi all,
I think many of you know that I really really really want the rainforest frog webkinz. Unfortunately I only have 8,000 points. A generous friend of my gifted me 7,000 additional points but to my account Partykins. I have the other points on the ganzestore website. Is there a way where I can trasfer 1,000 points to the website, so I can buy the frog? Then use the 6000 another time Sorry!
On Webkinz Day I will be 100 points off and I am very upset. If the 10% works. I have to win that lottery!.

If you would like to do point transfer we would take it to the trading section!

If you want to transfer points from estore to w shop, you can go to "Manage Account" in the top right.
There will be a bar that says "transfer points"
If you click "do it now (in the blue)", you can transfer the points.
However, if you're trying to get the points from the W shop to the ganz eStore, there isn't a way 
(Even the lottery on FB only transfers points to your account, I think) Thanks so much Ancharlina! This really helped me! |

You can't ask for help in getting the points, here. You must post that on your trade thread and possibly make a trade.
Please know that we can only transfer from the Ganz estore site to WW accts and not the other way around.

Atom, you can transfer your 1000 points from your ganzestore to your WW acct Partykins and that will give you 8000 in that WW acct to purchase the frog.

Try calling Ganz eStore to move the points from your WW account to your eStore account.
