Interesting... I just emailed them the other day to check some eStore codes... they were less than helpful maybe they're getting lessons on how to be helpful?

They're usually really good about it. when I called, they told me to email! a grumpy person must have answered... Yep! You either got the newbie or the grumpy girl! I always pray that Andre answers when I phone. Lol! They're normally pretty good if you only have a couple. I figure, if I purchased it at the estore, then I should contact the estore with questions/concerns. So there!

Is this supposed to be a good thing? I'm confused. I never have success with cookie cutter options. I always end back at the main menu trying again and again to find the right place to ask my question. Here's to hoping I don't have any more questions!

Use Support Page OnlyI will edit the thread when this changes. There was clarification on their FB page from Webkinz that it was temporary due to Technical difficulties and that they'd let us know when things were back up and running.
