What is Amazing World and where can I play?
Amazing World is a fully 3D immersive world where players can make new friends, decorate their very own house and outdoor yard, obtain cool items and tackle tons of challenges! The residents of Amazing World are cuddly Zings that are always friendly and eager to help out! Be sure to explore this vibrant and lush world as there is always someone that could use a hand! The more you help out, the better the items you can get! So what are you waiting for?
How Do I register to Play Amazing World?
In order to set up an account you would need to access the Amazing World site located at www.amazingworld.com Once on the site you would need to click on “Join” and follow the step by step instructions starting with accepting the terms and conditions of the “User Agreement”.
Once you have set up your account, please check your email for the confirmation link. Once you click on the link your Amazing World Account will be active and ready to play!
Be sure to download the game client and install the game from the “Download” button.
I am having trouble installing Amazing World
If you are having trouble installing the Amazing World client we suggest that you try the following:
If you are receiving an error message stating that the setup requires .Net Framework v. 2.0 (See below) please ensure you are running the Microsoft Windows Service Pack 2007 build.
We also suggest updating your .Net Framework Assistant from the Microsoft website within their downloads section. If you are still having difficulty please click on "Contact Support about this issue" and fill out the required information.
I Did Not Get My Confirmation Email
If you have not received your account creation confirmation email we suggest that you check your Spam/Junk folder. If the confirmation email is still not received we suggest signing up for an Amazing World account using one of the free web based email providers such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail.
If you are still having difficulty receiving the confirmation email please click on "Contact Support about this issue" and fill out the required information.
I have forgotten the Password to my account
If you have forgotten the password to your Amazing World Account you can reissue yourself a new password by opening up the game and clicking on "Forgot your Username or Password?" below the password field. From the new window that opens up fill out your Username and Email address and click on "Continue". An email will be sent to you that will prompt you to change your password. If you are still having difficulties please click on "Contact Support about this issue" and fill out the required information.
What is a Zing and How do I obtain one?
A Zing is a cute and cuddly resident of Amazing World! Zings come in many shapes and colors but all of them love to help out their friends and neighbors!
Zings can be obtained from the Ganz eStore or your nearby retailer in plush or figurine form. Purchasing a Zing at the Ganz eStore will provide you with a 15 character Zing code that you can unlock in the game!
Purchasing a Zing plush or figurine from a retailer will allow you to unlock the 3D version of it from the Secret Code tag attached to it! Please note that some Zings will only be available in either plush or figurine form so be sure to start your collection as soon as possible!
Each Zing also comes with a unique decorative item that will allow you to make your house or yard as awesome as possible!
In order to add a Zing on your account you would first need a 15 character Secret Code. After logging into your account, please locate the orange “Open Journal” on the top left hand side of your screen. From your Journal please click on “Register” and input your Zing code as well as the security characters. Click “Continue” and you will have unlocked a brand new Zing on your account!
Please note that Zings can be added to Free to Play Trial Accounts but they do not provide membership benefits or an active subscription.
My Zing Code is Not Working
If you are having difficulty placing a Zing on your account with your Zing Code, please double check that you are entering the code correctly within the "Enter Code" field within your Journal. Please ensure that you are putting in the correct security code within the "Characters" field. If you are having difficulty seeing the code, you can click on the circular arrow button to request a new security code. If you are still having difficulty please click on “Contact Support about this issue” and fill out the required information.
I'm having loading issues within Amazing World
Amazing World is its own standalone game. When you first open the game, it will fully download itself on your computer. This can take a significant amount of time. Please be patient while this occurs. After the game opens up you will be able to login to your account and play Amazing World!
If you are still experiencing issues loading the game or being stuck at the loading screen, please try the following:
Close out of the game and reload it.
Uninstall and reinstall the game from your program list.
Try to power cycle your modem and router by unplugging the power cord, waiting one to two minutes and then plugging it back in.
Make sure you do not have any antivirus program blocking your connection.
What are Experience Points (XP) and Relationship Points (RP)?
When you help the Characters in Amazing World they will reward you with Relationship Points (RP) and Experience Points (XP). Relationship Points increase your RP meter and improve your relationship with that Character. When your relationship with a Character becomes stronger you will be able to purchase new items from their Shop. Experience Points (XP) will increase your level in Amazing World. Increasing your XP will allow you to purchase new items from the World Shop.
What is a Trial Account?
A trial account is an account that you can create for free after downloading the Amazing World client at This account lets you try out almost everything Amazing World has to offer free of charge! This account is the base account that all players start with and the account never expires so you are free to play with your free account for as long as you would like without purchasing an additional subscription. Although a trial account is free to play and will allow you to enjoy many features of the game, there are some limitations to a trial account, which include:
A Maximum Level that can be obtained (level 20).
A Limit of 4 Friends to your phone.
Access to only 4 Reputation Characters.
Limited access to items and what you can buy in the World Shop.
Only 1 Wardrobe Outfit.
Limited access to Home and Yard items.
Fewer Quests and Character Storylines.
Not to worry though! You will still be able to help out your favorite characters with daily activities even after reaching Level 20!
What is an Amazing World Membership?
An Amazing World Membership will allow you to become a full member and get full access to all of the great features of Amazing World! Memberships function on a subscription basis where you can enjoy full access to Amazing World for the duration of time that you have paid for. You can currently purchase Amazing World Memberships for 1 month, 6 months and 1 year terms. Once purchasing a subscription to Amazing world, the great features you receive include:
Maximum Level cap of 50.
Unlimited friends list on your phone so that you can add as many friends as you want!
Access to all 8 Reputation Characters and their storylines!
Cool unique quest prizes!
Access to all 6 Wardrobe Outfits!
Show off your fashion sense with the ability to wear stylish Hats!
Rock out your look with access to Backpack items such as Guitars and Bat Wings!

What is the difference between a Username, Worldname, and Zing name?
Within Amazing World there are three types of names that players will be able to see:
A Username is what you use to login to your account to play Amazing World. A username functions the same way that it does in Webkinz and can be anything you want provided it does not violate the Terms and Conditions of the Naming Policy within the User Agreement. (Example of a username: amazingworldfan)
A World Name is what other players in the game will see you as. A World Name is generated by you when you create your Amazing World account. Because Amazing World aims to ensure a safe and fun playing environment for its players, the World Name will be randomly generated by the system in order to avoid inappropriate names. Keep randomly generating until you find a name that you like because you will not be able to change it later! Your friends will be able to talk to you, add you to their friends list and visit your house through your Worldname and not through your username or zing name. (Example of a world name: Winger Perrywinkle)
A Zing Name is what you name your Zing once you place it on your account. This name will only be seen by you and no one else! This will allow you to sort out through your Zings and categorize them, making it easier to play with your favorite ones! (Example of a Zing name: Cuddly Hamster)
How Do I Chat in Amazing World?
The Chat feature is a privilege given to players over 13 years of age or younger players who have their parent’s consent. If a child under the age of 13 is creating an account they are required to enter in a parent's email address. A confirmation email will be sent to the address specified. Once the parent confirms their email address the child's account will become active and ready to play.
You can chat in Amazing World using the World Chat Bar located at the bottom center of the game screen. Type a message into this bar and press enter to say it.
You can also chat to your friends directly using the Friends List. Please note that chatting directly to friends on your friends list is a featured exclusively reserved to Amazing World full membership accounts.
I have an item stuck on my account[/div]
If an item is stuck in your yard, home or dock, please attempt to move the item using the “Decorate” button at the top of your screen (see below).
If the item is still stuck try to logout of the game and back in. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please click on “Contact Support about this issue” and fill out the required information.
I have an item missing from my account
If you see that you cannot find an item on your account, please double check your dock, yard, and house. Following this please log out of the game and back in. If the item is still missing, please click on “Contact Support about this issue” and fill out the required information.
I am Stuck on a Quest
If you are stuck on a quest or the objectives are not being counted toward completion please try to log out of the game and back in. Once you are logged in again please attempt to complete the quest again by dropping and retaking it. If it is still not working please click on “Contact Support about this issue” and fill out the required information.
