I just picked up this guy! Anyone else? I had to get this one right away! I've been counting down the days until this one came out!  Its so nice to have such a different pet! I love it!! I called mine Sticky. What about you? You always have fantastic names too! |

I had to get this one right away! I've been counting down the days until this one came out! Its so nice to have such a different pet! I love it!! I called mine Sticky. What about you? You always have fantastic names too! Sticky! I don't even remember seeing this pet before. I named mine Giuseppe. lol! I love Giuseppe! It was a toss up between Sticky and Elmer (Elmer's glue).  |

Newfie STICKY I have to wait for monthly points to accumulate before I can buy this pet, but I remembered seeing it and wanting one because of it's super adorable eyes and the way it reminds me of fireflies. I wondered what you guys named your salamanders. Absolutely and completely obsessed with Sticky

I wondered what you guys named your salamanders. Absolutely and completely obsessed with Sticky lol! Glad you like it! I had to go with Sticky! Its suited to perfection for me! I suggested Elmer (Elmer's Glue) and someone else used that! I love it when we can find cute names! I love that they changed the eyes too! It looks much cuter! This is one of my fave pets that's been released lately! I love how different it is from most!  |

it's soo cute!!
i didn't get one myself though, so far i haven't adopted a new pet on classic since i've been playing it again. i have... i think 40ish pets from childhood, and i feel like i really wanna eventually make them all rooms and get them established before i get a new one.

This is a smart idea and I did the exact same thing! I mean, I guess I can't say I ever really stopped playing, since my longest hiatus was only about two-ish years? BUT, when I came back to the game during the covid shutdown I wanted to make sure I was going to stick to playing before buying any new pets. During that time I ensured every pet I already owned had a solid room, and I've been playing consistently (for my standards, hehe) ever since! I think only three of my pets are without a room at this point, but that's mostly because I just cannot decide on a theme/design. maybe you can help me brainstorm! |

Its so nice to have such a different pet!
The eyes look very very similar. But while I was looking for the picture to post again I realized the Blue Salamander was also an April Fool's pet! I like their updated design much more because of the sweet firefly frog eyes. 
I am grateful for this forum.
