So today I purchased a few more Glampire items, since I think today is the last day it will be available. I sent them to my Classic account, but they haven't shown up there, and they are gone from my Next account. Anyone else having issues with this? I despair of getting any help from Ganz, their customer support is so unresponsive to email.

Update, chatted with Betty Butter Ganz on Facebook. She says their tech team is working on the issue and it should be fixed shortly.

I'm still missing my items.... also in the Halloween Ball collection event in Next, the flowers I've found are not getting counted. The ongoing glitches with that game are driving me out.
