GLITCH ALERT: Retro Rainbow Gift Box

There is currently an issue with the Retro Rainbow Gift Box awarding the newly added items from the theme.
While we work to resolve the issue, we recommend only selecting the original 6 items if you wish to make a selection immediately.
To compensate for this glitch, we will be adding a second Retro Rainbow Gift Box to the May 2022 Deluxe Gift Box.
As a reminder, the original first half of the Retro Rainbow theme items which can still be selected from the box without issue include:
Retro Rainbow Chair
Retro Rainbow Side Table
Retro Rainbow Phone
Retro Rainbow Couch
Retro Rainbow Bed
Retro Rainbow Table Lamp
If you already selected one of the new theme items, didn’t receive it and lost your gift box, please contact Customer Support via email at: webkinzsupport@ganz.com for assistance.
