So I just tried to log in to Next. I got a message saying my App MUST be updated now. I click on the link which takes me to the Microsoft store. It says "The thing you're looking for isn't here. We probably don't have it, but just in case, try searching for it." So I tried searching for "Webkinz," and it says "nothing found." What?!?!?!

That link usually takes you right to the page. I don't think you're having troubles. might want to reboot you computer anyway and then try again and see what happens.

I was able to login this morning without a problem. It didn't say anything about needing to update, and I didn't do anything to my computer.   |

That link usually takes you right to the page. I don't think you're having troubles. might want to reboot you computer anyway and then try again and see what happens. So weird. I was able to login this morning without a problem. It didn't say anything about needing to update, and I didn't do anything to my computer.   That's the way for things to be solved! :blove: |

Just wondering if anyone else has trouble filling their pet heart? In my first Next account that I opened a few months ago, I have never been able to completely fill my pet's heart. I've tried exercise, food, sleep, playing games, responding to requests, etc. and it never goes past half way. In my second Next account that I just opened a couple of days ago, I was able to fill the heart almost right away. Is my first account glitched? Am I doing something wrong? Would appreciate any advice or suggestions you all may have - thanks!

Would appreciate any advice or suggestions you all may have - thanks! I had the same issue! I thought it was broken. One of the players pointed out to me that you have to fill their requests. So, often they'll ask for breakfast... it has to be a breakfast food. There's breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, so it often has to be specific. Try that and see if it works. I've had some success since then. I'm not sure if some accts work better than others. Next confuses the heck outta me. |

Thanks for the tips! Mine is pretty much always out of bed, so I'm good there. I got frustrated when he asked for dinner and I kept feeding him and nothing satisfied him.  |

All the glitches make this game annoying rather than fun. Today I was working on a challenge and purchased a design item that never showed up in my dock. I also got a reward item (wall) that never showed up in my dock. I logged out and back in, still not there. I also spun the Wheel of Wow and it did not count towards my challenge. Should I contact someone about the missing items or is there a chance they might show up eventually....?
Also, for the mosquitos, is there a limit on the number you can get in a day? I found 5 of the 10 I need, but since then I'm not seeing any more.

I found 5 of the 10 I need, but since then I'm not seeing any more. The glitches drive me crazy too! I often get logged out within 10 minutes of starting play. This happens over and over some days. Lately not too bad. If you're on FB, often you can contact Betty Butter Ganz with issues. She's pretty good at responding but you do have to pm her and then write on her timeline that you've pm'd, so that she's aware. I honestly don't know if its worth it. But you mentioned the filling of hearts on the one acct, as well, so maybe it can be an all inclusive look at your acct to solve issues. Are the mosquitos part of something where you need to find them around kinzville? If so, they should be showing up. Try logging out and back in or going in a building and back out. It might help them regenerate. |

I'm just trying to earn KC to buy stuff I can send back to WKW, so that's why it is irritating to be missing the items - I wanted to sell them back to the W shop. I probably won't bother doing anything about it. Re: the mosquitos, yes, they're supposed to be all over Kinzville. I did try all those things but still not seeing more of them, that's why I was wondering if only so many per day. Will see if they're back tomorrow....
