I think it may be retired but there is winterfest light up snowman that sort of look like Olaf. If that helps, and there is a dress from this winterfest that looks like Elsa's. Hope I helped!

I'll look for that in the TR's. Newfie I didn't find any snowy PSI, but I remembered the winterfest icicle trees that could possibly work. I have a lot of hunting to do!
