I just went through all of my accounts and made a document for each account with the following information - date created, who opened the account, pet name, pet type, pet code.
I just looked back in my email for the information that I needed to get the account reactivated that was permanently banned....
If your account ever gets permanently banned, this is the information (security questions) you will need to have it reopened. EVERY ANSWER much match the Webkinz World account or the account will not be reopened.
-Username
-First name of the user
-State or Province/Country of the user
-Pet Type
-Pet Name
-Secret code
-Desired Password
