Hi everyone, just a quick psa regarding an attempted scam I encountered in the regular trading rooms. A blue hamster attempted a bait and switch on me today - at the last minute they very quickly swapped out their item for a plate of almonds and clicked trade hoping I would not notice in time. I spoke to someone more knowledgeable about this incident and they said that this player was likely using third party software to swap out the items based on how fast they were. All three of the items they presented to me at first were flashing very quickly so watch out for that as a warning sign.
Unfortunately I did not catch the first three letters of their username. Just be wary and do not press the trade button too quickly and you likely won't fall prey to this pathetic scam.

The trading rooms are exhausting. Unfortunately, it's how I'm catching up somewhat after my long hiatus. There are so many great holiday and click to win events that I missed out on. |
