That way even if you don't go to the bottom you can reply in the same box by clicking the link like next to the Recent Posts?

I guess everyone is used to it at the top and I must say, that I to, forget about it when it is at the bottom
I really also miss the NEW POSTS feature - where with one click you can view all of that days posts...
Is there an add-on that can be added to give us this feature back?
