Hi everyone, sorry if this is in the wrong place. Anyhow when I logged into my frogsandfly account I received no Christmas present. I then went onto my other accounts and I had a different screen and there my Christmas gifts were. It worked on my other 3 accounts but still not on frogsandfly. I just did the free estore clock right before, does that affect anything? Being upset because I really wanted that Snowflake Toybox I wished for on my main, I emailed Ganz. I am waiting for a reply. I was wondering if this happened to anyone else or just me.

That happened on a few of my accounts... Can't figure out why.

Someone was saying that if you log in with the app that it fixed it and made it show up.. I haven't tried it to see if that works yet

Lilykinz it didn't work for me either. I did do the estore gift first but that shouldn't matter.
