The shallow swimming pool looks very cute in my dock but I can't seem to get it to go in a room- not outside or inside... I wonder if I'm doing something wrong?

After days of being totally frustrated with this cute pool, I finally today tried to place it in a brand new inside room with no floor at all. It did go in- but still will not go in any of my outdoor rooms or any rooms that have ever had a floor in them-
Has anyoen else tried and found a way to put this darling pool in a room?
