Has anyone else had this happen? So when you login to Webkinz in the morning some of your friends have already sent you Candy Canes which you requested the previous day (this is in addition to receiving the 5 allowed the day before), then when you go to open your Candy Cane Collection icon you do not receive your 2 FREE candy canes for being Deluxe. This has happened to me several times. It is like the 2 from your friend requests the previous day are counted as your 2 free for the next day. Then you are only allowed 3 more. So you don't get your 7 for the day, you only get 5 from friends. Hope that made sense.

Go to your map first and open the collections icon. This should help. Yes, that is what I've been doing before opening messages and it still happened today! Not sure what else to do! It did not give my 2 FREE candy canes for being deluxe because 2 friends sent candy canes to me which were from the previous days requests. Not really sure how to prevent it from happening again! |
