But technically there are some "wall hanging" items that do go outside. I just wish they'd make thing easier and let everything go everywhere.
This is definitely a start! 
That is REALLY disappointing. LOL I mean don't get me wrong, I guess technically there cannot be objects floating there.
It seems they like to follow some laws, they don't allow fire underwater that sort of thing.
But at the same time some of the items they have are quite magical. I'd love to put certain hanging stuff outside. LOL
The thing that came to mind was that moon, but I guess it was designed to go outside the boundaries of the room like a fence or building.
Can that one summer celebration sun go outside?

WOW! I never even considered doing that. I have seen people do some "front yard" type things, but I didn't even think about the windows.
Exactly, like I mean a ton of the WW items would never exist in real life (no matter how cool that would be). And technically you could hang a window outside. Who is to say that we just can't see what it is hanging from. lol And unlike the moon, the Summer Sensation Sun looks like it is clearly hanging on a wall. LOL
If they won't allow wall decorations outside, I wish they allowed at least some of the more realistic ones to hang outside such as windows.
