The Deluxe Wednesdays are leaving a lot to be desired lately. Pre-sales or these boxes... and no savings whatsoever! Not impressed at all. What's so special about either of those things?

I’m not deluxe right now (waiting for Black Friday!) but I already have some of these and similar from a long time ago. Definitely catering to the newer player I think.

As a returning player, I was going to get it, even though I'm not super into most of the prizes. However, all I got was a message saying my Estore account had been deactivated due to inactivity. I just bought something this past Sunday, so now I'm frustrated. I had to search online for the customer service email since that also gave me error messages, but hopefully I'll get a resolution soon. *Sigh*

If you're ever needing the email addy... if you go to the forum tab and click, there's a newsfeed (under the banner) that changes and I think its about the 3rd pic that comes up... it has Customer Service information, if you click that, it takes you to the post with the information. Also, if you put "Locked out of eStore Account" in your subject line, they're usually really quick to get it fixed.
