i've got a question that Newfie maybe you can answer if you have more than one Deluxe account. I purchased a second membership yesterday because i got christmas money and it was a good deal. my main account is already deluxe and my monthly points are automatically deposited into that account. i bought the second membership as a code, but i'm curious. can both accounts be linked to my eStore account? like, will both account's monthly points be deposited into one eStore account, or do i need to make a second one? edit: never mind, someone told me that both memberships can be linked to the same eStore account. woohoo! Sorry my dear! I was/am down with the stomach flu... I'm alive today and thankful for it! lol! Glad that you got your answer! I also have my accts points go directly to the estore acct so that I can take advantage of the sales with the free items. I also have one estore acct for each of my deluxe so that I can get the special free items they offer for each acct. That's why I often have extras to share with peeps who miss it. oh how funny, i got sent home from work today with a fever. sorry you've been sick, i hope we both recover speedily! so do you purchase the deluxe on one account and then redeem the code on another? how does the eStore know you the other accounts are deluxe if the points all go to one? i went ahead and redeemed the code for my alt account last night, and everything went well except i received the december deluxe gift box and the 2022 super deluxe item? 0: even though it was already the 2nd or 3rd. little bummed about that i guess! but the points went thru fine

Happy you got your question answered! I have a question I think you can answer-did you receive the 2023 Zums Teacup Ride ? I want to make sure people are receiving the correct yearly item before I enter mine (my old deluxe just expired)...I received the 2021 instead of 2022 item last year, causing me to have to contact Ganz lol oh yeah, i was just saying that to Newfie ^^ i got the december box and 2022 item!! but i redeemed it last night.

I hope you feel better soon!! Whichever ganz estore acct you put your deluxe code on then becomes deluxe. I started doing this originally so that the kids each had their own estore money to spend. So I put one deluxe on one and the 2nd deluxe on another estore acct, making both deluxe. Send them an email and they'll fix you up. The estore has always been really good about making things right.

I kind of wonder if the login problem had anything to do with getting the previous deluxe item-an update downloaded when I opened WW today-decided to redeem my deluxe after completing the update, and I got this year's item and box. Hope you get your's corrected soon and I especially hope you feel better soon!!!!

So happy for you. The ride is awesome, and so is the dispenser! Was surprised by how long the music track for the ride is but I love it haha
