could someone please let me know, is there anything i need to do after buying my membership? will it automatically apply to my account after purchase? will i have to wait until my membership expires before putting in a code or something, i'm not really sure how it works! last year it auto renewed, this year i decided to just purchase it again on black friday.

Did you turn off auto renew?? When you purchase, get a code. You will have to wait until the other one expires, once it does, go to the estore and click on the Redeem Code button, add the code and the account you want it on.

That way I don't have to worry about it auto-renewing or cancelling the auto-renew. That way they don't keep my credit card info either.

I have a complicated question.

I want to buy 4 Webkinz deluxe accounts today while they ware on sale. However, I do not want my account to be charged yearly because I want to get them while they are on sale.
Does each Webkinz deluxe account have to have an email so it is able to get into the e`store for the monthly points and free items they offer for deluxe accounts? I dont understand where my sons POINTS will go if I purchase code only. I want to make sure I am doing this correctly before i purchase 4 accounts. I hope I made any sense here.

Hey Moo! for your first question above, i have only ever had one deluxe account at a time, but i am pretty sure there are people here who do have multiple deluxe accounts and they might know more than i do. however, i will say that you can manually turn off automatic renewal, so if you bought each deluxe membership and immediately awarded them to your accounts, you will be able to go into your subscriptions on the eStore and turn off that setting. That way you will not be charged next year. You also have the option of buying the memberships as codes, as Newfie showed me how to do above ^^. If it's a code, it might not even offer auto renewal as a setting, so your work might be cut out for you there. again, i'd wait for another opinion, i just wanted to offer my (albeit limited) knowledge. For your second question, this happened to me as well. I would 1. tell your friend to turn off her automatic renewal setting because that is what is giving her the same code. it's a very common issue and this is the easiest fix. As for her missing pets, tell her to email ganzestorecs@ganz .com (no spaces) and they will walk her through the process of awarding the missing pets. She should mention that she has had her deluxe membership automatically renew for three years and has been awarded three flutter cow codes. they will most likely award her whichever codes she should have been awarded at the time of her membership renewal, and allowing her to retain her flutter cow codes.
