I need to build the Mukoska Chair for a challenge. I have the nails and wood, but I also need a wooden beam. Anyone know where you get the wooden beam from? Update - Never mind, I had to make that too!  |

This game is making me lose my mind! I have downloaded the game at least 5 times since the last update/maintenance and the game will not load. Its almost impossible to find where you can actually find the game to download, then it downloads and it doesn't work anyway. Seriously ripping my hair out.  |

I have a new computer that I purchased in August. I made sure it wasn't a notebook and that I'd be able to use it for Webkinz. I didn't have these issues prior to this last update/maintenance. So, I can get it to load, I can click for the daily gift, then when I click on the pop up for the wool, I see the load page but it doesn't move. It gets stuck there every time. This is so very discouraging. |

What are you playing on? It sounds like it is your system. iPads need to be gen 5 or higher. Anything put out before will not load completely. Game will not work on Notebooks or tablets either. I have a new computer that I purchased in August. I made sure it wasn't a notebook and that I'd be able to use it for Webkinz. I didn't have these issues prior to this last update/maintenance. Message Betty, she can let you know what the problem is. Mine has been getting stuck a bit too. Do you clear cache? Some do it all the time, this slows up your loading because it has to download the basics again and again. I only clear occasionally. This game has far too many glitches. We told them it was not ready to launch. Some of the glitches are still around from Beta That makes me crazy! I did clear the cache, thinking I needed to. I just wanted to log in and do my normal stuff. I'm going to try logging in and not clicking 'go' for the yarn balls. Ugh! No time already, and certainly no time for this craziness. |

(I guess that's what they're called) I just started in my house and used the map and I did get to play for a while before it froze.  Baby steps, I guess. |

I agree with you, this game has way too many glitches! Sometimes I can see the yarn balls, sometimes not, even though it looks like others are seeing them and running to catch them, based on their movement patterns. I don't have much patience for it, I just want to get things I can send back to Classic. On a happier note though, while finishing a challenge today I won the Glider trophy! Did they make it really easy to get or something? I am terrible at games in general and almost never won a trophy in Classic, so I was really shocked!  |
