I did find it in screenshots of two of my rooms on my Imgur account, though, and I have posted them below for anyone trying to decide if it is worth completing the Smoothie Moves Challenge for or not.

i'm kinda gonna have to because i missed it whenever it was achievable. I also struggle to think it's a seat when while yeah it's a set in the game it's also a car.... you'd think it could drive around, lemme check.
yep the item list says it's a vehicle like the rest. Seems a bit weird it'd be the same size as some of the other ones but would merely be a seat.
