They changed it so you didn't have to have the app to open so anyone who didn't log in during the days would be the ones who would need the complete set. Or those who would like extras. Sorry if you have the box, no need to do mobile, just open, and watch the video, items will be there.

I have accounts that haven't been on mobile, the boxes are still boxes but I'm not seeing a video |

Just open the boxes, when I did mine it just opened without going to the app. I have one box that is still in my box. However when I opened it came a window I could not X out of. Finished the 30 seconds it disappeared. I think that if you opened the box before the next maintence you would have the stuck boxes, IDK. But I only opened frogsandfly the first day. I opened frogsandfly4 last week and went straight to my dock. I still ahve one on my 6599 account, should I open it and say what happens, fallenangels. |

maybe atom is lucky? Like I said, I did this a few weeks ago, when I opened it on 4th account a week ago just items in my dock. I didn't get any extra stuff. |

Honestly, I wish we could have the option of packages or opened. Though mine were converted, I liked the packages more...very useful, actually!

Well that's awesome news  I'd test it out with my newest account, but i didn't create it in time to get a box on it lol I'm glad they did that though, so those who can't get the app still can get the items....they're soooo awesome!!! |
